Hello, My name is Marian and I am from Romania. I have an idea for a new autonomous construction robot and I would like to ask for your technical opinion before investing any money in development. The concept is an autonomous robot designed to grout ceramic floor tiles. The robot would ideally: 1. Scan the room using LiDAR / 3D cameras. 2. Automatically detect the tiles, their dimensions and the grout lines between them. 3. Create a map of the floor and determine its working path. 4. Have separate reservoirs for dry grout powder and water. 5. Automatically measure the powder and water, mix them and prepare the grout. 6. Pump the prepared grout through an adjustable nozzle directly into the grout joints. 7. Automatically adjust the grout flow according to the robot's speed and the width of the joint. 8. Use a flexible scraper immediately behind the nozzle to remove excess grout and press the grout properly into the joint. 9. Have a wet rotating sponge/roller behind the scraper to clean the remaining grout from the tile surface. 10. Collect the dirty water in a separate tank. 11. Work autonomously until the entire floor has been completed. I have attached a conceptual image showing approximately what I have in mind. IMPORTANT: At this stage, I am NOT asking you to start development and I am NOT asking for an expensive quotation. I currently do not have a large budget for this project, so I do not want to spend money unnecessarily. What I need first is simply your professional opinion: - Is this concept technically possible? - Do you have the engineering capabilities to develop such a machine? - Which parts of the concept do you consider the most difficult? - Could an existing AMR/mobile robot platform be adapted for this purpose? - Could you suggest a simpler and cheaper first prototype? - What would be the approximate cost range for a basic proof-of-concept prototype? - Could you first evaluate the concept without charging a development fee? If the project is technically feasible and we can find a realistic way to develop it within my budget, I would be interested in discussing the next steps with your engineering team. Before I provide detailed technical information about the mechanism, I would also like to know whether you are willing to work under an NDA/confidentiality agreement. I am interested first in knowing whether this idea can actually be built. I do not want to pay for a complete development project before knowing that the core mechanism is technically feasible. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Marian Romania
Preliminary work is completed. Facile synthesis and easy work-up available. Transcriptomic data of the action of the compound has been collected, preliminary analysis is complete, in addition to other assays related to migration, invasion, and metastatic features. Further in-depth analyses are in progress to further detangle the effects of certain overlapping/ confounding factors. A few other novel molecule designs are also available for screening.

Unresponsive Communication: Outbound licensing inquiries lost in unmonitored general corporate mailboxes and spam folders.
Direct Verified Routing: Inquiries route straight to the designated licensing officer or BD lead with bidirectional message tracking.
Opaque Terms & Delayed Diligence: No standard technical disclosure structure — each outreach requires bespoke pitch preparation.
Structured Diligence Packages: Every listing includes verified TRL ratings, patent status, target applications, and exclusivity rights.
Disconnected Tracking: Licensing negotiations managed across scattered email threads, spreadsheets, and lost attachments.
Unified Deal Pipeline: Track every inquiry, NDA, term sheet, and outcome in a single collaborative stage tracker.
Define your organization's specific technical domains. Our automated matching triggers alert your team the moment a matching in-license demand or out-license asset publishes.
Replace messy email chains and lost attachments. Track every inquiry through structured deal stages (Pending → Read → Replied → Negotiating → Agreed) with full team transparency.
University TTOs and corporate BD groups can manage multiple team members, approve join requests, and share portfolio visibility under a unified organization account.
